The Tiny Heartbeat Heroes Charity…

We are a UK registered charity (number 1215652) that offers FREE Paediatric specific CPR & Choking training courses in the UK and are working very hard to expand our workshops across the UK in 2026 and beyond.

We are just 2 parents that have lived every family’s worst nightmare of performing CPR on our own baby at 7 weeks old to keep our baby alive.

After our own experience we now provide paediatric specific CPR & Choking training completely FREE OF CHARGE to help others.

Our Story…

When our son Leo was just 7 weeks old, he suddenly stopped breathing in the early hours of the morning. We had to perform CPR on our own baby to keep him alive. It was the most terrifying experience of our lives — and one no parent ever forgets.

Thanks to knowing exactly what to do in those crucial moments, and thanks to the rapid response of the paramedic who attended, Leo survived and has since made a full recovery. The Paramedic on scene who treated Leo made it very clear that had we not acted how we did the outcome would of been a very different story.

Leo has since made a full recovery and doing great.

In the days that followed, we received countless messages from parents saying the same thing…

“If that happened to us, we wouldn’t know what to do.”

That became the turning point.

We realised we had to create something that gave families the skills, confidence and knowledge to act in an emergency - with no barriers and at no cost whatsoever.

Now we are committed to making sure no parent ever feels unprepared should they end up in the same situation we was faced with.

Our Mission…

There are many organisations/companies in the UK offering paid First Aid courses, but we believe you should not have to pay to learn how to save a baby/infant or child when it comes to CPR and Choking.

That’s why we have launched our own charity that focuses exclusively on Paediatric CPR and Choking education.

Our workshops to date have been delivered by medical professionals such as the East of England Ambulance Service & MAGPAS Air Ambulance.

To clarify we are a Paediatric CPR and Choking education charity that does not charge a penny to attend.

Our sessions are not generic first aid that touch on multiple topics in one session.

They are specific sessions based around the experience we faced as parents and funded purely by donations and our own fundraising events and effort.
